Car Storage Business

[S100HP]

Just musing really. There are no car storage places near me it seems. This might be due to lack of need, but if I wanted to set one up, how would I go about it?

Is there anyone on here who does own one? How does it work and is it worth it?

I looked in to this a few years ago. The summary of my research was that I couldn't make the number stack up - fundamentally because I would be renting premises. The successful businesses in the sector I was looking at were all family run type concerns that had land / outbuildings / warehouses available.
