A rather niche question......possibly

The latest thing on my to-do list of bringing what is now 'my' company (although its been running for 35 years) into 2019 is to update our time tracking software. Historically/ currently we use something called Timeslips but I understand this is no longer supported by the creator and not compatible with windows 10. So causing issues.

I had assumed there would be some simple add in to Sage but this has been met with blanks by my office manager and accounts person.

We just need a simple solution to track the time spent on engagements i.e. two hours on Monday, three hours on Tuesday..... and then a report at the end of the engagement. Nothing complicated.

As such, presuming there are a number of accountants etc out there, what do you use?

Thanks in advance!

Either the communications tab on customer records or Projects could probably do what you want. Depending on your product Variant you may have access to both already.

The communications tab will allow you to produce the following report:

If you went with the projects option (Product Variant dependant) then you can produce various reports but here are 2 examples:

Let me know if you want any further details on either approach.

Thanks All.

Dave - I'll get them to look at that and see what we can already do.

LOH - I noticed Harvest yesterday on a quick google search but couldn't see anything to suggest it was marketed/ supported in the UK?

We also use Harvest, and have done for a few years now.

As above, all seems good.

+1 for Toggl - simply brilliant at what it does.
