Process/Workflow management tools

Interested to hear what tools businesses are using to map processes which allow for workflow simulation and the input of lead time & cycle time.

We have lots of processes mapped on Visio which are BPMN2 compliant but lack the above workflow element and addition of lead and cycle time.

Looking to trial some tools if possible.

Havent looked in great depth but my mate works for a company called decisions, on the surface it sounded a pretty cool solution - not sure it’d cover what your looking for which seems like a workflow modelling tool?

My only experience of these sort of tools (TOPIX, SAP successfactors), is that people end up putting a huge amount of effort into forcing either reality to fit the product or visa versa.

Wouldn't bother.

Be asking about 6 sigma next

Or teamwork for performance, or business process re-design, or ....
