Project management/financial tracking app for freelancers

I'm doing some freelance IT work and was wondering what do people suggest for storing docs and receipts/costs etc?

I know of monday.com and asana etc, but not sure what's best for me!

Basecamp looks good for managing the project, the above suggestions are good too!
