on our eCom store, we accept cards via STRIPE + Paypal + PAY BY BANK TRANSFER

Stripe and PP work really well - smooth quick n easy but the BANK TRANSFER option is often a PITA - you have to keep looking out for the money - usually its from outside the UK and never the correct amount and I am seriously thinking of getting rid.

60% of our sales are UK and the rest Overseas

Out of c140 transactions a week - maybe 1 is BANK TRANSFER

What do you think - should I just bin it?

What's the value of that 1 bank transfer compared to all the other regular payments?
What's the fraud rate like vs the other payments?

I would personally bin it as it sounds like more time spent than it's worth, but there must be a reason why you implemented that option in the first place?

BACS is like 1% of our sales t/o and our CC fraud rate is ZERO % - in 7 years never had a single case/chargeback

Will probably just bin it - tbh, I do all my shopping online and have never seen an option for a bank transfer and have never needed it.

In fact - BINNED!!

Thanks :-)
