Showing my age here: I saw the title and thought, yes, I’m still annoyed at how a once-great rally was neutered

Don't you have a relationship manager? I've found ours really helpful (spoke with him yesterday and another call on Thursday) and managed to get a 3 month holiday from them at the start of all this (albeit helping companies do this sort of thing is my 'day job')
