New lockdown - Staff who should shield

So, Job support scheme is a help for cutting staff's hours but what about staff that need to shield?

What's the deal here? Are we expected to pay for these members of staff - who shouldn't be onsite at all?

Can't see any Govt advice regarding this?

Yes, seen that but no one is advised to shield. We've staff who have diabetes, asthma etc - so, bring them into work?

Can't be right surely?

Question answered by BJ - furlough. All these staff will be furloughed
