Recommendation - Business & Property Insurance Broker

As per title, do any PHers have, or know of, a good business and (commercial) property insurance broker?

We're getting ridiculous quotes from our usual one given the ongoing CV19 business interruption issues and that our building has a previous issue of subsidence.
