Current lock down - can we open on the 2nd or is it the 3rd?

We have a hair salon and obviously getting ready to reopen. However, it's very contradictory depending on what website, newspaper etc you read.
Some state the lockdown ends 2nd Dec, some say we can open on 2nd, some state reopen on the 3rd.
Does anyone know for certain which it is?

We'll aim for the 2nd to reopen
