Business app orders, stock + payment?

Can anyone recommend an iphone app that can support my small business? I’ve ordered a sumup device to take payments but fear that might be the wrong path.

My business is pretty small scale, i take orders from local people, order in bulk and deliver to their door with a small margin. most payments are cash or debit card. I carry some stock but generally order on demand if possible.

What i’m looking for is an app or apps that can:

1) allow me to store the products i sell and prices showing me stock in hand
2) enter orders from customers and track the status
3) click on order and take payment via device (face to face)

I’ve searched but just can’t find anything that works, i think i need to buy into an ‘ecosystem’ where device, order app and inventory are linked.

Any ideas?

You can do this with Shopify.

Added bonus is online sales if you wish, but not essential if you just want to use it as a back end system.
