Financial bid model
Discussion
HUUUUUGE ask, I know - a request for serious PH-type generosity.
Does anyone have a template for a commercial bid model they'd be happy to share with me?
Maybe something like this that they've acquired - https://www.eloquens.com/tool/9MDUdk/finance/corpo... - or maybe something they put together themselves and could strip of sensitive info, but which has been used in anger.
I'm competent at understanding the content and how they work, but a million miles from being able to develop one from scratch.
Applicable sob story: have been on the rock'n'roll for the last 18 months and am trying to impress a local SME into a sustained supply of work.
If anyone can assist, I'd be super grateful

Not too sure on one specific to your example, but in Excel when you load there are a number of templates you can search for online. Suggest trying "bid", "project", "Finance" or possibly even "construction".
As it is, I looked through the model you linked to and I would caution there are a number of input and modelling parameters there that make me think it's a case of using a cannon to kill a mosquito. It looks like something we built for headcount modelling at a major bank a few years back and maintaining that data robustly can be a nightmare.
I suggest checking those Excel templates for any that fit. Good luck

A cash flow forecast template is probably the foundation of it and that's what I'll probably end up using.
