Cheapest best courier for eBay shop.

Currently using hermes for my small eBay store.
Is their anyone better/cheaper out there?

You need to define what your requirements are e.g. large and heavy, light and small, large and light etc etc . And what do you define as light/large etc.

What do your customers need, next day only, 7 day delivery is fine? Do customers expect cheap and cheerful (Hermes) or do they expect premium quality delivery (DPD/UPS).

One size doesn't fit all.

- Cheap
- Fast
- Reliable

As above please define your product type...

I would have 2 cost options:
- Cheap (Herpes)
- Fast & Reliable (DHL / FedEx / UPS)
- Royal Fail in certain circumstances (ie small Items saturday delivery)
