Mobile call recording software

All our adviser calls need to be recorded and we have a good system for the landlines where we can drag and drop the call recording into our crm, but we need something similar for mobile calls.

Can anyone recommend any apps etc that would serve us well?

A few questions that may well need to be answered first...

1) Can you not use the current call software to integrate with mobile calls?

If not...

2) Which CRM system?

3) Android phones or iPhones or a mix?

Thanks guys, the LL system won’t do it as the mobiles are owned by the advisers so not linked. It’s for 11 people. Our CRM is the key and everyone is on i phones

Have you asked them about logging mobile calls in their software?

No the key is very old tbf! No we don’t use phone stream we use microsip

I took a brief look at the microsip web page..

https://code.google.com/archive/p/siphon/ would seem to be what you're after but no idea how to hook it up to The Key.

Search for SIP and iOs and see if any of that helps.

As the calls have to be recorded I assume this is to meet some regulatory requirement? If so, take a look at the likes of Verint and Truphone.
