Proposal Software

We're looking to update our client facing proposals. There's a plethora of systems available, but wondered if anyone has some good experiences with these? The things we're looking for are:

- The ability to marketing to make it look snazzy and the sales team drag/drop details, pictures, graphics in accordingly.
- Able to cope with variable and fixed pricing models
- Detailed analytics. Has it been opened, when, how long did they spend looking at each page.
- Nudges the client if they haven't opened it within X timeframe.
- Alerts the salesperson when it's read
- Any integration with Salesforce

I had some fairly limited experience with something called Proposify in 2018, it didn't seem that bad to be fair and DRASTICALLY cut the time down.

However I also have nothing to compare it to, so can't offer much more than that I'm afraid.

I use Better Proposals and it can do most of this stuff. The only things I don't think it does is automatic emails/nudges and integration with Salesforce.

We use Quotient App. Really like it, easy simple, looks good.

After considering the options, setting up trial accounts and playing around with them we've decided to go with Qwilr. Has a lot of good features, some such as video backgrounds which others were missing. Integration with Salesforce and sending from within the CRM is good. Also integrates with Loom for personalised quick videos, which means no need to create the video, download it, upload it to Youtube/Vimeo and then embed.

Will see how we get on over the next few weeks if anyone is interested!
