What investments are people finding currently?

Hi,

I have two businesses myself - a property company with mainly residential and one office and a small travel company - not the best year to own a travel company, but we've done ok!

We have some retained profits and looking to invest in the coming months, looking at a few small hotels currently, hotels are still selling during this crisis, some seemingly good deals out there.

What are you folks finding? Anyone bought pubs/bars/hotels or anything else hit by this crisis? Anyone finding other good opportunities?

Interesting conundrum. Are you profiting through others misfortune or are you at least enabling them to realise something from the asset.
Some people are going to make a lot of money through being lucky or having put themselves in a position to take advantage of opportunities when they present themselves.
I think if you are able to navigate the change of use legislation a lot of unprofitable pubs/hotels could be a winner.
