Freelance CRO person

Hi,
I run a niche agency helping financial advisors on PPC. I'm looking for a freelance CRO person with strong experience optimising landing pages for paid search traffic. Ideal if they have experience of using Unbounce and any financial services knowledge (especially the IFA space).
Location not important (we're in West Yorks but the clients are across the UK).
Anyone have recommendations (or where to look if they don't have anybody in mind)?
