ULV fogging machines. Anyone know anything?

Advice required for a friend who runs a small hotel and who has asked me :

‘Think I want a steri-7 biomist ULV digger that gets used with Steri 7 disinfectant’

I have no idea what any of this means. Can anyone help us?
