Company Identity Theft

I have been notified that some scammer is sending out emails in my company name and (masking the real domain to look like mine) saying the receiver owes money, with fake addresses and telephone numbers.

I work in logistics and the same thing is being done to large companies such as DHL and UPS.

We are posting a warning on our site, and reporting to Action fraud.
Is there anything else constructive that I can do? What would you do?

I'd contact all my customers to make sure they don't change their payments to somebody else's bank account.

Also, look at something to help people identify that mail that isnt from you is not legit - DKIM, DMARC, etc - who runs your mail systems?

We work with the theverygoodemail company. I will get onto them in the morning to discuss the SPF DKIM etc and see if we have it or if it can be added - thanks.

If you purchase cyber liability insurance speak to your broker as you could get some assistance from your insurers.
