Croydon - Cherry Orchard Road. Anyone near there?

I've a problem with a business that operate from there, 74 - 94 Cherry Orchard Road, Croydon. I believe its serviced offices. Does anyone know where I mean?

At the moment I'm wondering if any of these businesses operate from these offices or is it 3rd party operatives?

If anyone is local to there, could you email me so I discuss without breaking Teds rules.

Google the address and it comes up as Acorn House and looks like a serviced office. Businesses can either be based in serviced offices or they will act as a telephone answering/mail receiving postbox. Does this help

Thats what I thought.
I need to speak to someone from a business and not a third party operative, so was wondering if anyone was nearby
