looking to start our business back up after it going belly up due to covid. (airport transfers and tours)

previously we had a somewhat patchy experience with a large voip provider with 5 lines and whilst the in office setup was superb the out of office picking up calls on the app was patchy at best. for which we were paying £2500 a year.

obviously starting a fresh i only need one line atm with the option for a desk based device for the office and the option to pick calls up via app or mobile when out and about.

had a quick google and there seems to be thousands of providers offering services all for not a lot of money but i'd rather get a recommendation that someone here has at least tried and can report back on

I/we use vonage. The app seems to play up on my phone (Apple), one of my employees just uses a divert on his desktop phone to his mobile which works for incoming calls. Hi bviously outgoing calls will come from the mobile number rather than the landline

Have used Soho66 for exactly this sort of thing, never seen any issues.

I've been with Voipfone since 2008. It costs buttons and "just works".

I’ve used Xinix for around 4 years, decent service and around £50 a month for unlimited calls worldwide. Jalal is the manager and is a decent bloke too.

I've been with Miso-Comms for about 18-21 months (can't exactly remember when I started) for my private phone line. No issues whatsoever. https://www.miso-comms.net/index.php They are cheap, effective and the system works (for me). If you choose them, send me a PM as I can offer you a referral code. I'd guess their 'Miso-Centro' package is what you'd be after at a guess.

Have also used them nearly as long - never had an issue and costs very little - for three of us now we are spending under 1/10th of your bill...
sorry to hear about the business...
