Hi All,

Not sure if its the right group but i'm asking for advice on presenting to a bid panel.

We've been selected to present for a bid for a potential client and we'd like to present the 3 of us in a single room so that we can 'bounce' off each other.

What's the best way to do this. Single microphone and wide angle camera? Or a camera in front of each other with three feeds? I think it will be over Microsoft teams.

We have LAN connection rather than Wifi. If you could recommend a camera and mic it would be most appreciated.

Thanks

F

Do you have anything existing? Webcams, PCs?

Audio, assuming you will reuse later, I very much like the Jabra Speak 710. Works alone, or can be paired for larger rooms. Cheaper on EBay biggrin

Cams are tricky, as you are after either a single moving cam, or multiple cams in one device and that gets spendy. Look at the Jabra Panacam for fit. No affiliation biggrin

Yeah we've got a load of stuff that is just about adequate.

I've been recommended the Owl Pro.

Think we're gonna try this.

Thanks for your recommendation. I think i'll order a Jabra too and try them out.

Much appreciated.

Get two. One in the laptop bag makes mini meeting room conferences fairly good. Two makes a larger conference room workable. Or, and this is entirely unrelated, a really good stereo bluetooth speaker in the garden.
