Hey, is there someone on here who can help.

We have for ages been attempting to get a courier account with UPS.

We use DPD Royal Mail Hermes DX.
All of them we have a business shipping account with, yet i cant seem to get through to anyone at UPS frown

Anyone here got any contacts or pointers?

Cheers

Start with Transglobal then move across. Make sure you get past the phone drones to a manager.

IF you are not going to do large levels of business you migth get a better rates using a broker. Inxpress are a good example of this. They have loads of customers using their service so get a large discount with the couriers (not just UPS).

It works well but when a parcel is delayed or goes missing you can talk directly to the courier but the account is held by Inxpress so they need to sort out any issues which can be a PIA.

If you are shipping overseas, really don't recommend UPS at all unless you want massive delays of shipments. I use InXpress and been very happy

I’ve ceased using them, last week booked in two items for collection which sat in reception for 4 days before i changed to another courier who collected them the same day. They also managed to lose a £12k servo amp a few months ago and couldnt give a st. Dreadful company (which i’ve come to view is the way of any American business - promise lots, charge lots, deliver as little as possible)
