Low Loader vans

Thinking of swapping the Citroen relay for a low loader. Just need the cheapest possible new van with aircon and reversing sensors as only do around 8k miles per annum. Are these best bought from a manufacturer like Citroen or somewhere like maxi mover that I think just convert the back of the van. Any tips would be appreciated. The best I can find is the fiat maxi mover for about £30k with the VAT and the aircon and reversing camera added.
