Car Storage Business - Any insurance experts present?

Hopefully the collective wisdom of PH can help me with this or point me in the right direction.

I own a business (Ltd Coy), and have personally purchased a building which that business will shortly be renting from me.

My intention is that the Ltd Coy will provide classic car storage from part of this building. The other part of the building will be used to house the staff & equipment needed in the rest of the business' day to day activities (office staff, computers etc)

The Ltd Coy is not in the car storage sector currently, but is broadly motor trade based. It's been trading for over a decade, so not new start etc. The building has space to house circa 15 vehicles in storage, and I would like them to be properly insured for fire, accidental damage & theft during their time in storage. Values could range from £15K to £250K per vehicle. They will not be driven on the public highway whilst in storage.

My current insurer cannot help (Aviva, it's too small fry for them on a risk VS the potential premium they could charge basis), and calls to the likes of Footman James have not been fruitful.

Can anyone on PH recommend either a broker that would be able to assist?

Drop me a message, my broker does this sorta thing, I move predominantly transport classics & sports cars & up to v high value & they are good for me & not many are, I'd get a few quid off my renewal if you went with them, so good for me too!
