Property refurbishment

Any ideas not including personal finance for £15k required, loan would be settled within 1 month of the works being done by way of mortgaging said property which currently has no mortgage attached?

Usually bridging finance would be used but not sure on appetite for such a small (relatively) amount. But you would need to be comfortable with risk such as remortgage coming in under where you need it, delays etc.


Most would use a personal bank loan or credit cards but I se this aint a option for you. Borrow money from friends/family maybe.
