Tribunal Representation

Morning guys

I find myself in need of possible tribunal representation anybody know of any decent nationwide companys or anyone in Scotland
I may not have followed the correct procedure when paying someone off

I have spoke to one HR company who say since i have already taken steps of my own they would be unwilling to represent me but willing to offer me the advice in how to deal

But feel i would rather be represented
