UK domiciled, getting paid in EUR?
Discussion
Investigate opening a EUR currency bank account with your existing bank if this is going to be regular.
Get paid in EUR receive EUR then you're free to exchange however you want, let it build up if you wish and use an FX broker.
Really it depends how frequent this will be and if you require immediate exchange or can allow it to build to say E10,000 which makes it more attractive (and therefore cheaper in fees) for an fx broker to deal.
We (we being my business) generally use Cornhill for FX, they are good for 10K to £100K on the odd occassion it's big bucks we use Monex Europe.

I'd look at one of the electronic companies, such as Starling or Revolut..
Yep - this is the easiest route.I've a EUR account with Starling. I leave the Euros in there unless I need them or wait until the rates are favourable. I travel a lot in Europe and also use this account to pay for hotels and stuff.
