Textiles and tailoring

Hi all,

A bit of a long shot, but wondering whether anyone has any knowledge about the European and/or SE Asian textiles industry?

I'm looking for somewhere to supply tailored clothing to specification. Would assume these two geographies are good places to start, but not sure how they compare on cost.

Any thoughts, ideas much appreciated.
