So the fulfilment centre we have used for a while recently went through some changes (new staff and location), its been terrible for about 2 months now but we have gave them some leeway and hoped it would get better, well its not.

Countless high value orders are being sent out incorrectly and returned and the last straw was a parcel containing 3 items worth £1500 (trade price) has vanished from their office, they have been fobbing us off for 2 weeks now with warehouse searches etc but its clearly gone.

Our insurance will only cover goods in transit so not the actual warehouse unfortunately, the director is meant to be calling me back next week with a solution but they dont seem helpful in anyway.

Where do I stand, regardless if my insurance covered it anyway it should not be me to claim and pay the excess when the goods have been taken/lost in their care.

We are collecting all our goods next week and moving companies but also doing a full stock check, i am confident there will be more issues once we do this. As an example a customer received a product this morning worth £3300, instead of his actual order which was £1799, thank god he was honest but it worries me how many times has this happened and customers have not been in touch. if thats the case when we do a new stock check we could be down significantly and I should not have to take this his for their incompetence.
