Silly question time, but what do I put on the address to notify our Overseas customer. Are we England, United Kingdom or Great Britain !

Great Britain
Although it is extremely patriotic to put "Great Britain", most of the world tends to refer to us as "United Kingdom" and sadly that may cause less confusion if used.

Use Adress/Postcode/United Kingdom. Don't add England or GB in as well.
