Isle of Man Business

Has anyone any experience of transferring a UK registered company to the Isle of Man?
I'm probably barking up the wrong tree, but as I understand it the corporation tax is 0% on normal business activities.
Obviously, there must be pitfalls as surely everyone would register their business there.
