I get sales leads from Bark and about half of them are for one-man outfits/websites with no address selling 'luxury branded clothing'. So you might have some competition.

We found a company some years back that could provide Kitchen Rolls with branding on them. I say provide. They sourced a company in Indonesia that did them. The cost wasn't high but the shipping was huge so we binned the idea. But it is possible.

There's plenty of these types of companies about. Most of their lines are sourced through the same core suppliers. Used to work for a printing company that printed the catalogues for one of them. The main section would be common but we'd print batches with covers for different companies so it looked like 'Bobs Branded Merchandise of Basingstoke" had this 80 page catalogue just for them but apart form the cover, was the same as 'Mildred's Merch' of Maidstone'.

Recognition express is another option if you can find one near you although we found them to be far more expensive than Hotline for what we needed.
