Looking for a solution for a medium sized business c.500 FTE.. any recommendations?

At my current organisation we use Workday. No idea what it's like from HR's perspective but it's utter cack for the end user. At my previous employer we used Bamboo, which was much more pleasant for the end user but again no idea how good it was for HR.
