Faster payments charges

Our business is currently with Santander but we are looking at other options as we are expanding.

With their Connect system we pay 28p per faster payment whether its same day or a future date.

I thought all banks would be similar........................lol

Natwest are the front runners currently, but they charge 45p for next day onwards faster payments (annoying but swallowable), and a hilarious £2.50 for same day faster payments.

Now of course I could do all payments as tomorrow, but I thought the days of expensive same day payments were gone? Are Natwest behind the times with this?
