Anyone know what's happening with DHL International?

I use DHL to send parcels overseas. It's infrequent. Say six times a year. I usually use: https://send.dhlparcel.co.uk/
But all the International services say unavailable with no further explanation. It's a pain because all my dispatch information was saved and I could just click "Buy again" and it was done. Anyone else use them?
