Curious if anyone else has had similar issues
Close friend went with them some time back things went well.
Last week 2 large (but not unusually large ) payments were taken these being face to face customer using pin transactions.
Neither went into the bank.
There is one from Thursday one from Friday
UTP when contacted say it's an issue with an external body and the payments will be made
My friend is (IMHO) quite reasonably becoming concerned.
I cant find reports of another similar issues but it occurs to me that people within the car repair/ servicing industry may also be using UTP.
So ...............is anyone else having issues with them .

AI & the company's fraud alert algorithms have probably kicked in. This happened to me last week, I've been with a well-know US based online card processing company for years. No past issues other than the occassional fraud attempt with stolen card info by mostly US crooks. This time though a rather large card payment was manually made by myself on my online terminal after the US procurement company gave me the details over the phone. Card went through fine as expected however the processor is holding one third of the funds until mid June! I have forwarded my proforma, my suppliers proforma from a 40 year old German manufacturer AND the purchase order from the end customer a US Fortune 100 company - but the card processor is still holding these funds. Once completed I've decided I'm changing company to a UK based online payment processor. I'm in Cyprus.
