Second eBay business account

We have a primary eBay business account which we have had for years, recently we had quite a few returns (due to customers not reading the description properly on compatibility) which affected our seller performance level.

We are now being stopped from advertising in our main sales category (e-bike parts) and also paying an extra 6% surcharge due to this, so 18% in total!

We need to get products listed in the e-bike parts category ASAP as its clearly affecting sales but opening a new account doesn't help as you have to meet certain criteria and a new account doesn't do this.

Do we have any other options with this, I presume you can't buy an existing account?

We tried chatting with eBay who were as useless as ever, they just said to keep on selling and it will be reviewed again in time but its likely going to be October before there is a change.

I dont have a private seller account and even creating a new one wouldn't allow me to list in the e-bike category unfortunately.

They changed it recently and here is the main info on it:

We were able to list in that category fine but since the influx of recent returns it lowered out overall selling performance and apparently until this is back to a normal level we cant list in that category.

They advised selling more to help the account level out but then block us from selling in our main category... the stupidity of eBay is another level!

So unless someone has an established eBay account they want to sell we are stuck.. haha
