How does this industry work?
I've holidayed recently and am getting targeted adverts all over social trying to sell me property and from all sorts of estate agents who look like they are living the life.
Do they all just list the same properties and market the hell out of it then get a cut from developer?
IE a £150k apartment do the sellers get it at wholesale for say 10 units and they can have it for £140k and make £10k per unit they sell?
I see loads of them all selling the same off plan first chance at Palm Jebel Ali.
I sell used cars here in the UK, just interested to how it works over there. How hard can it be sort of thought crossed my mind but I know not the first thing.
