Bank account for small charity

Could anyone recommend a current account for a small charity (<£250k in and out each year)?
Currently with Co-op which is a bit rubbish.
Looking for a good interface as likely to do the majority of management on-line, and options for tiered multi-person authorisation of payments and transfers.
