FSA regulation

Is anyone on here directly authorised by the FSA?

I need to know how to go about getting authorised to set up a small mortgage intermediary.

Any help greatly appreciated... The FSA website seems an absolute migraine waiting to happen, just after some practical advice on setting up. Not the business side... just the regulation.

Some of you must be Self Employed IFA's and similar...

My advice is get a compliance firm to do it. The FSA slightly frown on small firms doing it themselves and like to see you have had some guidance in doing it. Failing that just download the application from the website or complete online.
