What do you need to know? A lot of it’s outsourced, it collapsed last November and I can get you past the 50p charge if that’s what’s driving you to consider it.

Been using FBT for the last 2/3 years. Still using them without any issues

It’s about testing the market without building a whole supply chain - the option to just put stock in their location and let them handle everything else is appealing. But would want to understand the customer service angle.

You can use a 3PL plugged into TT shop, the 50p surcharge can be avoided with Despatch Cloud software. Because TTF is fragmented, staff are short and largely inexperienced returns etc are a mess. Look at Luke’s Yass Clean brand he’s just moved to his own warehouse despite TT virtually giving fulfillment to him. So my recommendation is speak to despatch cloud ask them to recommend a 3PL for TT and try that.
