Google reviews are lost, help!!

One of our businesses disappeared off Google, which was most likely due to an address change. We have emailed Google but they said they can’t see the old reviews.

There wasn’t lots but maybe 40/50, so if anyone can help I’d really appreciate it please?

We set up a new profile Pure Protect Ltd Nottingham but obviously it’ll take some time to build them up again.
