449% increase - revaluation to just outside of small business relief, just means I have another £5000 to find to enable me to stand still, on top of all the other costs going up. Thanks Rachel.
Similar story here. Qualified for SBRR before revaluation, now we don't despite nothing changing.voicey said:

You shoukd get some form of relief though capping the increase?
Do you operate pubs?
No, only hospitality matters apparently. I need a celebrity mechanic to get on TV and complain about it in the same way all the chefs have. Do you operate pubs?
As I understand it the capping only applies to the multipliers, as (both) my buildings have been revalued to just above the SBRR threshold there is no such protection.
I am not convinced the software I use at work is currently calculating the small business and supporting small relief correctly. With the appeal deadline of 31March for the 2023 list I don’t have time right now to get to the bottom of it.
However if message me with details of the address of the property (ies) I’ll have a look after 1st April. You may need to remind me !
