I need some advice/Mentor re: SaaS prototype.

I am just asking the PH hive mind for some help. I have a very niche app that I don’t know how to market it. I couldn’t sell water in the Sahara desert. My background is High Performance Compute and weather modelling. I built this app to scratch an itch I had.
The app is a company and officer level network control and conduct application with which to do due diligence on counter parties and their networks. It can detect certain "shapes" - Those of you in the know will know what I mean. It can find people that are looking to hide but want the protection of limited companies and the games they play to be protected but stay hidden - there are many! It even detects Phoenix networks in progress.
The problem is in my circle I don't know the right people in the market for this. It came about because of my own adjacent requirements. It can do all sorts of clever stuff that you wouldn't think possible (don't want to go into too much depth here). Thing is, this isn't even half of what it does. It has quite a few tricks up it sleeve that no other product to date, anywhere, has.
Everyone is amazed by it but "not my wheelhouse". I don't know where to turn now. I don't need investors but I could potentially partner with the right person (who can sell it!).
