Secure Website for Online Payments Needed

A client of mine needs a reasonably priced, simple but secure website designed for them fairly swiftly.

It will need to be SSL secure to take payments and house a simple db as it will be an online shop for car parts. Ebay is NOT an option ;)

Also may need someone to host it if it will not fit onto standard BT business free webspace. I have purchased the domain names when the project was first mentioned and they are ready to go.

This is not my area, can anyone offer any suggestions? Would ideally prefer to deal with a PH'er who has recommendations than to throw it at the open market :)
