do you know of any places on net where i can send about 60 emails in one go. All the same email of course, just different
addresses

60 hardly count as 'mass' email, can't you just send them from your mail client directly?

Aye, for 60, so long as its not unsolicited, your ISP shouldnt have any issue with you sending them.

I use an excellent free piece of software called phpList:

http://tincan.co.uk/phplist

It allows you to set up different mailing lists, messages and even have online subscription/unsubscribe. You can send messages on batches, we use 200 per day, as a good happy-medium.

In all honestly though, if you are only sending 60-odd mails you could just use Outlook.
