Office space in Milton Keynes

Hello all,
In despair I turn to the PH massive for help! I run my own business (auto industry publishing/consultancy), one man band + freelanceers at the moment, but set to expand (hopefully....) in 2006. Currently based in London, but live in Milton Keynes, am fed up with the commute, and can't really expand within the London office.
So, I'm looking for space in MK for initially one, and possibly two-three people. Have been in touch with the local chamber etc., and while they're very helpful, everything seems to be geared towards bigger offices. Small serviced offices are available, but very expensive, and the local rags don't seem to have anything but serviced offices either.
I'd be very happy to do an office share of some sort as well. Has anyone here got some space to spare in MK or surrounding area, or know of someone who does? Any help here would be MUCH appreciated, thanks very much as always.
