Web Development Tender

Guys, I will be shortly looking to move into development of a small web based project I have been thinking about, just finishing of the specification document.

Basic outline is:
Functionally rich website (PHP, MySQL) comprising of CMS
templatised design (PEAR)
Several Templates (Visually Decent)
XHTML Compliant
CSS Compliant

The rough outline of the site will be providing templatised, customisable web sites to clients, all managed through a common interface.

Hosts, I will also be looking at getting a managed server, which will allow me to map many domains to point to sub sites hosted on the box.

As to spec, bandwidth, I'd prefer to have a burstable solution, so I can start off reasonably small and grow when required. Any info - please email me above.

Sorry forgot to add the site (and sub sites) must also be able to be presented in multiple languages.
