Unexpected tax rebate

I have just opened an envelope from our good friends at the IR with a large cheque following my recent claim.

Now I have no recollection of making any claims other than filing my tax return, but cannot speak to my accountant until next week so was wondering if there has been a mistake or should I be celebrating?!

The cheque is approximatly 2 months PAYE and I really am unsure when I could have paid too much?

Is it likely to get recalled?
