Can anyone reccommend the best way to go about finding small office space to share?

I'm not in a position to go for it yet, but could be in a couple of months, so want to get an idea of whats involved.

Any ideas on cost, deals to be done, pitfalls etc.

Many thanks,

Iain

Hi there!

Good thing office sharing...

Some pointers.

1) Try and get a licensed office agreement instead of a lease (saves a lot of time and you’re only really tied in short-term)
2) Costs vary depending on location. I’m paying 250 including phone and broadband for the centre of Nottingham for large office.
3) Shop around. Its worth going to see half a dozen as they do vary in price and quality.
4) Go to this website and talk to Dan if you’re ready to move forward.
www.officebroker.co.uk
5) If you register an interest be on your guard for lots of calls from different agents.
6) Look for hidden charges, such as handling your calls when you’re away, postage, faxes and photocopying etc.

Hope this helps.
